Current Projects
Residential 
Shearwater is a high end residential development located on a superb, sheltered waterfront site in Lyall Bay, Wellington. The "Shearwater" development consists of 9 architecturally designed townhouses, each having direct coastal access and views from their unique location.

Commercial / Industrial 
Waipa Valley Business & Recreation Park, is a mixed use tourism, commercial and industrial business park development on a 90 hectare site in the Waipa Valley on the outskirts of Rotorua City. Waipa Mill occupies part of the site. EROS Capital has a range of sites available, which can be customised to suit the specific needs of all types of heavy industrial businesses. In addition, a new commercial / light industrial business park is under development at the entrance to the valley.

EROS Tourism Development  
EROS Tourism Development invests resources in quality developments of new product at the higher end of the tourism market. It is currently predominantly New Zealand focused, with some projects already under development, but invitations to consider new tourism developments have been received from other countries. Current Projects
The Trailblazers Resort and New Zealand Mountain Biking Centre (NZMC) concept is built around a public / private partnership designed to create New Zealand's number one recreational and competitive mountain biking and multi-sport facility, for use by local residents, domestic and international visitors, athletes and event organisers, as well as the general travelling public, and for social events. This project is currently in the planning and feasibility stages.

EROS China Market Access
EROS Capital Ltd has a well developed China resource base and network, which has resulted in investment in its first venture in China. The Nanjing "Rotorua Town" New Zealand store aims to create a New Zealand consumer products exhibition store in the Jiangning District of Nanjing City.

NZ China Direct Ltd
NZ China Direct Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of EROS Capital Ltd. NZ China Direct Ltd has been established with the specific goal of helping NZ exporters to enter the China market via an exciting NZ-style retail centre, based in the Nanjing "Rotorua Town".

EROS Technology Investments 
EROS is interested in investing in technology commercialisation and start-up businesses that offer real growth opportunities and is currently establishing a fund for this purpose and a database of potential investors. The process of committing funding to each project is flexible and involves developing a clear understanding of the objectives and expectations of all the stakeholders and structuring projects to fairly and realistically reflect and compensate the risks and rewards for each party.
