Because EROS controls the investment funds internally, there is flexibility in directing how and where these resources are applied, supported by speedy decision-making.

EROS assesses each opportunity on its merits, recognising that no project will succeed without the right combination of: business concept, business model, people, financial structure, sound product differentiation, and marketing.

For specialised projects, EROS will assemble teams of people who, in combination, provide the complementary experience, skills and expertise needed for project success.
